We are back at Workshop in Redfern this March/April for 2 cut and paste events. One will be an evening session on Friday the 1st of March and the second one will be an afternoon session on Saturday the 13th of April from 2-5pm. There is plenty of materials and plenty to learn about the art of collage. The workshops will be run by SCS members Liz Peniazeva, Steve Tierney and Kubi Vasak.
Collage - A Night & Afternoon of Cut and Paste is an introduction into making analog collages, run by us the Sydney Collage Society. The three-hour evening workshop will provide you with the practical skills and techniques used to make analog collages.
Students will learn about specific types of collage, using colour, texture, form and image placement. We’ll give you tips to look out for when sourcing materials and gluing work will also be discussed. By the end of the class, students will have completed various collages in different styles. 🌶🤘🏻🔥
