Advanced Cut and Paste w/ The Sydney Collage Society
Howdy! We'll be running an Advanced Cut & Paste workshop at Workshop in Redfern on Friday the 25th of September.
The 3 hour Cut & Paste: Advanced Class is aimed at students who have previously taken a SCS collage workshop or those who practice collage. This class will take your collage skills to the next level!
You’ll learn about specific collage finishes, using colour, texture, form, glueing and image placement. By the end of the class, students will have completed one or two large scale collages in a chosen style.
The collage class will be run by SCS members Kubi Vasak and Liz Peniazeva.
You’ll have 3 hours to create your work, we’ll spend time sorting images, creating great layout and image positioning. Finally, we’ll be using spray adhesive to glue down our collages, creating a professional finished art work. ✂️🌶🤘🏻🔥
Students receive a SCS Collage Pack to take home.
