Sue Morais is a Sydney-based mixed media collage artist, art director and founder of The Inspired Within, a creative-led project promoting collage as a tool for mindfulness, expression and social impact. With an extensive background in the creative industry, Sue has collaborated with global brands across Brazil and Australia, bringing her experience as art director to her artistic practice. Sue's experimental approach to collage navigates through different techniques,  reconstruction of found imagery and geometric shapes, creating intimate visual narratives that reflect on transformation, emotional conditioning, femininity and the ongoing process of becoming. Her compositions balance negative space, texture and symbolic fragmentation to create works that feel both emotionally layered and visually restrained. As the Founder of The Inspired Within, Sue facilitates analogue collage art workshops, inviting others to experiment with collage as a tool for mindfulness. Through Art for a Cause, her artworks are used to create awareness of important charities and campaigns, aiming to provide relief for those in need. Sue's work has been sold in Australia and internationally, recognised with features in Contemporary Collage Magazine, Arts to Hearts Project and exhibited at Brunswick Gallery in Melbourne and in group exhibitions.
