Workshop Payments & Cancellation
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment
1.1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the workshop.
1.2. The remaining 50% balance is due within 14 days after the workshop date.
1.3. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. If the balance is not paid by the due date, your place may be released and your deposit forfeited.
1.4. Payments are non-transferable to other workshops unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.5. All prices are listed in AUD.
2. Cancellations by Clients & Participants
2.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date:
– Your deposit is refundable, minus any booking or transaction fees.
– If the full amount has already been paid, you will receive a refund minus fees.
2.2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop:
– No refund will be issued (deposit and any balance paid are non-refundable).
– You may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
2.3. Unpaid bookings cancelled within 7 days:
If you cancel within 7 days and have not yet paid your balance, the remaining 50% is still owed.
Your booking reserved a place that cannot be filled at late notice. An invoice will be issued for the outstanding amount, due within 7 days.
2.4. No-shows on the day are non-refundable, and any unpaid balance remains owed.
3. Cancellations or Changes by the Organiser
3.1. If the organiser cancels the workshop due to low enrolments, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either:
– A full refund of all payments made, or
– The option to transfer to a rescheduled session.
3.2. If the workshop is postponed, participants may choose to:
– Attend the new date, or
– Request a full refund.
4. Rescheduling
4.1. Participants may request to move to another workshop date (if available) more than 7 days in advance.
4.2. Reschedule requests made within 7 days of the workshop are not available to individual participants, but may be accommodated for clients or corporate bookings.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
5.2. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for refunds to appear.
6. Workshop Conduct
6.1. By booking, participants agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and venue rules.
6.2. The organiser may remove any participant who is disruptive or unsafe—no refund provided.
7. Photography & Media
7.1. Workshops may be photographed for promotional purposes.
7.2. If you prefer not to be photographed, please advise at the start of the workshop.
8. Liability
8.1. Participants take part at their own risk.
8.2. The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
